Shipping Rates

Steelcase Chair pricing are inclusive of collection for Canberra only. A processing and handling fee applies if you wish to arrange for your own collection by a third party courier.

All other items are shipped with a logistic partners. The website calculator will quote shipping costs. All deliveries are delivered during working hours and require someone home to sign off for the order.

Authority to Leave (ATL):

While we do not recommend leaving your order unattended, you may request this by leaving a note on the checkout page or contacting us. If you give us the authority to leave the order in your absence we can no longer guarantee that you will receive your order, nor the other factors that can affect your parcel whilst it is sitting unattended – like rain, heat, dirt, damage, etc.

Click & Collect

Steelcase Chairs can collected from our warehousing partner in Hume ACT 2619 We will e-mail you with the details for your click collect once the items are ready for your collection.

Please bring a form of identification and your proof of purchase.

Please note we do not hold stock of chairs at our Fyshwick Showroom.


General dispatch and delivery times are from 2 to 3 days from the date of order unless otherwise arranged between you and Ninetwofive Interiors.

Products are shipped direct from suppliers. Bookings will be made to attempt to have all items arrive on the same day. We unable to guaranteed and may be delivered over a few days. Please also note, due to current circumstances with COVID-19 there have been shipping delays.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
