Steelcase Chair pricing are inclusive of delivery for Canberra only.
All other items are shipped via TNT. The website calculator will quote shipping costs. All deliveries are delivered during working hours and require someone home to sign off for the order.
Authority to Leave (ATL):
While we do not recommend leaving your order unattended, you may request this by leaving a note on the checkout page or contacting us. If you give us the authority to leave the order in your absence we can no longer guarantee that you will receive your order, nor the other factors that can affect your parcel whilst it is sitting unattended – like rain, heat, dirt, damage, etc.
Click & Collect
Steelcase Chairs can collected from our showroom. Chairs are not stored at the showroom and will require 1-2 days for pickup from our storage. We will e-mail when the chairs are ready for collection.

Please bring a form of identification and your proof of purchase.
General dispatch and delivery times are from 2 to 3 days from the date of order unless otherwise arranged between you and Ninetwofive Interiors.
Products are shipped direct from suppliers. Bookings will be made to attempt to have all items arrive on the same day, but are not guaranteed and may be delivered over a few days. Please also note, due to
current circumstances with COVID-19 there have been shipping delays.
Ninetwofive Interiors uses TNT for shipping. You will receive a tracking code via email to monitor your order once dispatched.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
